Beginner: I have never skied before.
Pizza: I have already done a few ski lessons. I can walk and slide on my skis but my snowplough is not yet very efficient.
Intermediate: I can walk, slide, turn brake and stop in snowplough. I can also take a ski lift.
Advanced: I have already received my blue prince/princess. I can sidestep and scissor step uphill. On the ski runs, outside the snow garden, I can already control my skis: I can turn and control my speed on a blue ski run. I can use a button lift on my own.
Beginner, I have never skied
Programme:
1. Information on the equipment
2. Climbing by side stepping and herringbone (scissor) stepping on a gentle slope
3. Skiing with skis parallel in the fall line and step turning uphill until you stop
4. Gliding and braking in snow plough
5. Snow plough turns (wedge turns)
6. Learn how to use a ski lift
I can slide, and stop using the snowplough. I can ski a blue run. I can use a button lift on my own.

1. Information on use of lifts
2. Safe use of t-bars
3. Traversing and slipping
4. Snow plough turns (wedge turns)
5. Ski with ease and fluidity on a blue run
I can master a snowplough turn, and then put my skis parallel between turns
Programme :
1. Information on how to behave on the slopes (FIS rules)
2. Turning in a miniature slalom jungle
3. Tricks in the fall line and traverse
4. Jumping off a small jump
5. Ski race (giant slalom) on an easy slope
With my skis parallel can lift one ski and jump. I can snowplough turn at a given place.
Programme :
1. Information on nature, forest and scenery
2. Slipping and stopping in the traverse and fall line
3. Skiing over bumps and dips
4. Step turning downhill on a gentle slope with a flat run-out
5. Parallel turns (skidded)
I can slide stop and parallel turn

1. Information on warming up
2. Parallel turns withvarious radii on a versatile red run
3. Skating step in the plane
4. Single ski turns on the outside ski
5. Short turns on an easy slope
I can do short turns and turn on the outside ski

3. Tricks: Fakie (introduction), waltzing, single ski turns on the inside ski
4. Jumps: Extension jump

I’m a beginner. I have never snowboarded.

2. Getting used to the snowboard
3. Gliding, sliding, stopping
4. Practice using the t-bar
5. Skidded turns
I can do slide turns
Programme:
1. Information on use of lifts
2. Safe use of T-bars
3. Stopping by counter rotation
4. Waltzing (frontside and backside)
5. Turns with pre-co-rotation (various turning techniques)
I can get on to a ski lift, turn, do small jumps and a little fakie
Programme:
1. Information on nature, forest and scenery
2. Ollie jumping (basic air)
3. Turns with extending movement (cross-over)
4. Short sliding phases on nose and tail
5. Safe fakie on easy terrain
I can do ollie jumps, slide on nose and tail, descend in fakie mode
Programme:
1. Information on warming up
2. 50/50 slide over an easy rail
3. Linked short turns
4. Cross-under turns
5. Nose and tail turns (frontside)
The levels "Black King & Black Star" as well as "black Prince" for snowboarders, have been replaced by the "Swiss Snow Academy"
Here you will be together with other young people and receive guidance from professionals on how to improve your skills.
You will learn how to do the turns, airs and tricks you've always wanted to do and you will be able to swap experiences with the others in your group.
